St. George’s Agua Azul Released
After two years of red tape and thousands of pounds of agaves, Alameda's St. George Spirits has debuted a US-produced agave spirit called Agua Azul. While made using the same process as tequila, the spirit can not be legally called tequila since all tequilas are regulated by the Mexican federal government. The Agua Azul is available in silver, reposado and añejo.
