Results From The First Agave Spirits Challenge
Darin Jones, the owner of Tequila.net, hosted the First Inaugural Agave Spirits Challenge in Cancun, Mexico. For a week in February, judges tasted over eighty spirits in blind tastings and rated them on multiple characteristics including aroma, initial taste, smoothness, finish and body. The top Tequila, Tequila El Gran Jubileo Extra Añejo was also awarded the Top Agave Spirit award.
