Richard Sandoval Coming To Vegas

Master Chef and restauranteur Richard Sandoval is working on a new modern Mexican restaurant in Las Vegas called Tacos & Tequila (T&T).  The establishment is set to open in the Luxor Hotel sometime this summer (2008).
