Pulque Now Hip With New Generation
Pulque, the precursor to tequila that was once the drink of the Aztecs, is making a comeback. With pulquerias, bars specializing in serving pulque, on the rise, pulque popularity is increasing and attracting younger drinkers. It appears the future of pulque is following the rise of tequila over the last two decades.
