Here's the line up for Saturday's tasting, should be a good one--
Vertical tasting through Herencia Mexicana
Will also have two of each type for those that like to taste only blancos, reposados, or anejos.
Blancos - Sol Azul and Gran Centenario
Reposados - Cruz and Frida Kahlo
Anejos - Tonala Suprema Reserva and El Agave Artesanal

So this list is now changed again for the 3rd time.
Herencia Mexicana is still the vertical and Gran Centenario Plata & Frida Kahlo Repo are still on the list.
I've shifted the anejos to Dos Manos and Don Camilo. Why not right? The Dos Manos is completely a flier. Could crash and burn. It's tripled distilled and less than $30. We'll see.
I put Distinguido Silver to replace the Sol Azul. I've had it for more than 2 years and it's time to drink it!
My wife also thought I needed a top of the line anejo, so I added the Cuervo Reserva de la Familia.
We'll see how it goes.......
