Was at BevMo the other day looking at 50 Tequila bottles to try something new and thought - boring... Vodka definately has the cool thing going on right now with presentation. How do you think tequila in a black wine bottle would do..Little mysterious....definately different.

What 50 tequila bottles were you looking at?? What vodka bottles??

The best bottle I've ever seen is the Coyopa Rum bottle with a label that lit up and played a song.

I've always liked the variation in bottle sizes and styles with tequila. Look at Corzo with the new pour top and square bottle, or Claze Azul with the over elaborate design, or Dos Lunas with the label on the back of the bottle (I know vodkas do this), or Don Julio Real with the silver agave leaves on the bottle on a swivel.

Every time I go into a bar, my wife and I stand at the opposite end and name each tequila bottle from across the room mainly looking at their silhouette. Have never tried it with vodka, but will take a look the next time we go out.

Actually I do have a bottle of Corzo and agree it is a beautiful presentation. I'll take a peek at the Coyopa Rum bottle. I just can't help but think that it's time for a black bottle of some kind. Call me strange, but I don't need to see the liquid inside.

Ever tried a bottle of 3 Amigos? Just had some the other night and it was good...Hope I'm not losing my taste buds....Any support out there?

Haven't had 3 amigos yet. Still trying to find many of these brands online or in my local liquor store.

Regarding 3 Amigos, highly reccommend it. Love all three but prefer the repo. Very earthy. Blanco is one of my fav Blancos, crisp and strong agave. Anejo is wonderful.

Spent a couple of days in November with owners who I had met in Vegas when I first tried the product. The Gonzales family, salt of the earth types. dedicated to quality in every step of production.

I personally think this is a decently priced Tequila for the quality. Purchased it in LA since distribution is still limited.

I guess you could say I love this brand.

I'm a really big fan of unique bottle collecting, even if the Tequila isn't worth the price of the bottle. It is a big downfall I have, but they do give a nice conversation piece to talk about especially the bottle of Esperanto.
